Low self-esteem has a way of shrinking your world. You hold back in meetings, avoid opportunities, replay conversations and let your inner critic call the shots. Whether it shows up at work, in relationships or in how you see yourself, a lack of confidence is not a fixed personality trait – it’s a pattern, and patterns can change.
I know what it feels like to struggle with self-doubt, and my calling is to empower others so they can get on with living their life free from anxiety, self-doubt and fear.
My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused: rather than dwelling on what’s wrong, we build on what’s already working and put practical steps in place to move you forward.
Confidence coaching helps people who feel held back by imposter feelings, struggle to speak up or say no, avoid new challenges for fear of failure, or simply don’t value themselves the way others clearly do. Confidence tends to be situation-specific (feeling capable of doing something), while self-esteem is your overall sense of your own worth. Coaching works on both: we address the specific situations that challenge you and the underlying beliefs you hold about yourself.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) offers practical techniques to identify and change the unhelpful thought patterns and limiting beliefs that drive self-doubt, replacing them with more empowering ways of thinking and responding.
Many clients notice a shift within the first few sessions, and some achieve their goals in as little as 1-3 sessions. Lasting change also depends on applying the tools between sessions, and I will support you to do exactly that.
