Fears and phobias are learned responses. Your mind learned to react that way once, which means it can learn a different response too. That is exactly what NLP techniques are designed to do.
I work with past events to help you change the emotion you associate with them, while keeping the focus firmly on your present and future. Many clients are surprised by how quickly a long-held fear can lose its grip.

NLP includes well-established techniques specifically designed for fears and phobias. They work by changing the emotional response your mind has attached to a trigger. Results vary from person to person, but many clients experience significant change in a small number of sessions.
No. You will never be forced to confront anything before you are ready. The techniques I use work with your imagination and memories in a safe, controlled way, at your pace.
Some phobias respond in as little as one to three sessions; others take longer, especially if the fear is connected to wider anxiety. We discuss what to expect in your free discovery session.
