I live my life in alignment with my values and purpose, and I honestly believe there is no challenge or obstacle that can’t be overcome. Collaborating with a coach makes the journey more manageable, more enjoyable and far more achievable.
My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. You set the destination; my job is to help you find your own best route there and keep moving, even when life gets in the way.
People at a crossroads – a career change, a return to work, a new decade, an empty nest – and anyone who is tired of drifting and ready to be intentional about what comes next.
We work through where you are now, where you want to be and what is standing in the way. Each session ends with clear, agreed actions, and we review progress together as you go.
That is one of the best reasons to work with a coach. We start with your values and what matters to you, and the goals emerge from there. You do not need to arrive with a plan.
A coach brings structure, an outside perspective, challenge and accountability. We also work on the beliefs and habits that have stopped previous plans from sticking - which is usually the real obstacle.
It varies with the size of your goals. Some clients get the clarity they need in 1-3 sessions; others prefer ongoing support while they put their plan into action.
