Control your emotions so they don’t control you

When stress and anxiety take hold, they can affect every part of your life – your sleep, your relationships, your work and your confidence. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or exhausted by a mind that never switches off. You don’t have to carry that on your own.

As a fully qualified NLP Practitioner, certified in the Ollie Method of Transformative Coaching, I help people to understand what triggers their stress and anxiety, change the patterns of thinking that keep them stuck, and build practical tools they can use in everyday life.

How anxiety coaching works

My approach is action-based and focused on the present and the future. Together we will:

  • Explore what is driving your stress or anxiety and when it shows up
  • Use NLP techniques to change the emotions you associate with triggering situations
  • Build a personal toolkit of calming strategies you can apply for yourself
  • Take a strengths-based, solution-focused approach so you leave each session with clear actions

Many clients notice a real difference in as little as one to three sessions, although everyone’s journey is different. My aim is always to empower you to use the tools yourself going forward – not to keep you coming back.

Frequently asked questions

Can coaching really help with anxiety?

Yes. Coaching helps you understand your triggers, change unhelpful thought patterns and build practical calming strategies. I use NLP and the Ollie Method, which are well suited to working with anxious thoughts and feelings. If your anxiety needs medical support, I will always be honest and may suggest you speak to your GP alongside or instead of coaching.

How many sessions will I need for stress or anxiety?

It depends on your challenges and your commitment to change. Many clients achieve results in as little as 1-3 sessions, while others benefit from longer support. We agree an approach together during your free discovery session.

Is anxiety coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is action-based and focused on the present and the future. I do work with past events to help change the emotion you associate with them, but the emphasis is on practical tools and moving forward. It is not a substitute for medical treatment where that is needed.

Do you offer anxiety coaching online?

Yes. I coach clients online via video call across the UK, as well as in person in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire. Online sessions are just as effective and many clients find them more convenient.
